Do you style men and women?

Yes we do.  Even though this website is predominantly for women, we provide the same services for men.  We believe everyone benefits from knowing how to present themselves proudly to the world so they step out with confidence.

What stores do you shop in?

Dina Bonke prefers to shop in large shopping centres for cost and time efficiency.
Some of her favourite centres include:

  • Bondi Junction Westfield
  • Sydney CBD Westfield
  • Queen Victoria Building, Sydney
  • Paddington shopping strip
  • Miranda Shopping Centre
  • Chatswood Westfield

However, if there are certain stores you would like to visit, this can also be arranged. Dina Bonke is an independent Stylist and does not receive commission from any retailers for the purchases her clients make.

Can you shop for me without me being there?

Yes, I can purchase your items for you, without you being present.  Simply deposit into my account ahead of time the agreed amount of money for me to make these purchases.  I would then provide you with a reconciled account so that you can see the total costs and I would refund within 2 days any monies that were not spent on your purchases.

To make the best choices for your style and budget, it’s important for Dina to conduct a wardrobe assessment prior to shopping, to see what you already have and identify the gaps so that you don’t double up on anything. This also includes a body and style consultation so as to minimise the purchase of clothing that doesn’t suit or fit.

However be aware that if you are not a standard fit, without actually trying on the clothes, there may be some returns which I can do for you.

Please note: When shopping without her client, Dina Bonke will only purchase from stores with a refund or exchange policy.

I don’t really have the money to go shopping right now, what can I do?

That’s ok.  We can still shop so that you know for future reference what it is you need to buy and keep an eye out for, once you have some savings.  Also you would be surprised how little money you need in order to make an impact on your wardrobe so the best solution is to have a discussion with me. We can certainly prioritise what we buy and take photos of other outfits.

I’m not from Sydney; can I still use your services?

Yes you can! Dina Bonke can come to you (travel and accommodation fees apply).  This can become very cost effective by gathering a few friends who are also interested in having Wardrobe Audits and Savvy Shopping Experiences.  We would do the Style Consultation by Skype first to save time.

We can work out dates and timings during our phone discussion.

How do I pay for my service once I have chosen it?

Payment for all services is made via bank transfer in full.  Once your appointment has been confirmed via email, Dina Bonke will provide you with her payment details.

We are currently working on a second PayPal option and will advise clients as soon as this is up and running.

Can I purchase a Voucher?

Of course! Vouchers can be arranged for any service offered. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If I need to cancel, what’s the procedure?

Dina Bonke understands that sometimes things can pop up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your personal styling experience, simply contact Dina Bonke on 0418723008 or send an email to dina@fashionwhisperer.com as soon as possible. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee is charged. With more than 72 hours notice we would fully refund any monies paid.
