Terms & Conditions


An invoice will be sent after completion of your enrolment form or a verbal acceptance from yourself on the services you want to engage.  All services will be conducted after full payment has been received. Your service must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to our session.

We accept payment via bank transfer and are currently working on an online payment method.  Relevant details will be provided directly to you at the time of our conversation and/or on your invoice.  If paying by EFT, please send copy of bank payment details to dina@fashionwhisperer.com

If you pay by credit card your payment will be processed via Paypal.  This provides safety and security for your credit card details.


An invoice will be emailed to you prior to your first session.

Re-scheduling Policy

If for any reason you are unable to make your session and wish to re-schedule we request that you provide us with at least 3 day’s notice in writing via email to dina@fashionwhisperer.com

Service Refunds

We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after any services have been conducted.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your session we will gladly refund your payment providing more than 5 days notice is given. Should you not provide minimum notice we reserve the right to withhold an administration fee of $150.  Should you wish to re-book within 6 months we will give you a $50 discount towards your session.

If you have bought The 3 Step Savvy Styling System package and choose not to continue with the whole package, you will be charged the full price of each service and each bonus already provided to you.

Additional non-refundable items:


Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.  They can be exchanged for a different Fashion Whisperer service if you so choose.  Any difference in price will need to be fully paid prior to redemption.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

If your voucher is lost or stolen please contact Dina Bonke immediately on 0418723008 or dina@fashionwhisperer.com. If your voucher has not been redeemed you will be issued with a new voucher. Please note, we will not reissue vouchers until the purchased services have been completely paid.

What do we do with your information?

We collect the personal information you send us, such as your name, phone number and email address and do not share it with anyone. Your information may be used to better understand the target demographic of our business but we will not disclose your private details to any person outside Fashion Whisperer. By giving us your information we imply that you have consented to give us this information for the purpose of contacting you about your inquiry, your booking, to advise you of future events or to share with you the Fashion Whisperer blog.
